What we keep from this site.

This page covers sanyaa.com. Each product application has its own sign-in and its own records.

Enquiries, demos, consultations, and downloads

When you use a form, we store your name, work email, company, and the details you choose to add: mobile number, role, country, the product or practice you asked about, your preferred time, and your message. For the EOIP agent we also store the operating system and host range you chose. We use this to reply and to arrange what you asked for. We do not sell it.

WhatsApp and email

If you add a mobile number and leave WhatsApp ticked, we may reply on WhatsApp. If you message us on WhatsApp or email directly, that conversation is handled by those services under their own terms.

Analytics

We count page visits and clicks on contact buttons to understand which pages help people reach us. We do not use this to identify you.

What not to send

Do not send passport numbers, identity documents, health information, passwords, or a contract you want reviewed. Those belong inside the right product, after we reply.

How long, and deletion

We keep a request while the conversation is active and for a short period after. Email info@sanyaa.com to have your details deleted.
