Questions we hear first.

Is the Free Shadow AI Check really free?

Yes. 14 days with the EOIP agent on up to 25 laptops, with a clear report at the end. If you want to continue, we quote EOIP Essentials for your number of laptops, on your own server.

How quickly will someone reply?

Within one business day by email. If you leave a mobile number and allow WhatsApp, we usually reply there first.

Where do you work?

Our teams are in Bangalore and the UAE. Sanyaa has worked with customers across the UAE, the wider GCC, and India since 2009.

Can I see a product before I commit?

Yes. Every product starts with a walkthrough or live demo of the working system, not slides. You decide the first installation after that.

Can you supply hardware and software as well as install it?

Yes. We source laptops, desktops, servers, storage, networking, and software licences, configure them to your standard, deliver them to your offices in the UAE or India, and install them. One supplier from quote to working system.

Do you buy back or recycle old IT hardware?

Yes. We buy back and resell used equipment that still has value, wipe the data first, and recycle the rest. In India, collection and e-waste recycling run with our associate company, Best Computer Solutions, Bangalore.

Do you handle data centre work and migrations?

Yes: server room and colocation set-up, racking and cabling, data centre relocation, and server, application, email, and cloud migrations, each with a written plan and rollback.

Do you only sell products, or do you deliver services too?

Both. Our practices deliver IT infrastructure, security, cloud, and IT operations work, and our products carry that expertise. Many engagements combine the two.

Can your products connect to systems we already run?

Yes. EOIP reads from the monitoring you already have, Momentra can connect to a venue's existing systems, and integration work is part of our travel and hospitality practice.
